This matter pertains to claim for payment of outstanding bill of Rs.16,31,795/- (Rupees sixteen lakh thirty one thousand seven hundred ninety five) only, for execution of works of fresh water and sewerage connection under the General Administration Department, Govt. of Assam.
Mr. B. Gogoi, learned Addl. Advocate General, Assam, appearing for all the respondents has placed the instruction dated 08.07.2025.
