Heard Mr. S P Das, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. B Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No. 3 as well as Mr. P Bhowmick, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2.
Service of notice upon the respondent Nos. 4 & 5 is already complete. None appears for them.
Therefore, Mr. S Nawaz is appointed as the Amicus Curiae to represent the respondent Nos. 4 & 5.
Registry shall inform Mr. S Nawaz accordingly.
