Mr. Y S Mannan, learned counsel for the appellant submits that respondent No. 3 is not a necessary party in the case and accordingly, his name may be struck off.
Hence, the name of respondent No. 3, Sh. Ashok K R Hazarika, is struck off.
Service is complete on the remaining respondents, but the objection filed on behalf of the respondent Nos. 6 & 7 is not tagged with the records.
Registry is directed to tag the same and list the matter again on 19.03.2026.
