RANCHI, India, May 18 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 16:
1. Reference may be made to the order dated 09.02.2026.
2. The mediation report is available on record kept at Flag-'M'.
3. Learned counsel for the both the parties have submitted that in terms of the final settlement agreement/mediation report, the present appeal may be disposed of.
4. This Court has heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the mediation report which is kept at Flag-'M'.
5. Considering the settlement arrived at in between the parties as referred in the mediation report, duly been signed by both the parties, this Court is of the view that the present appeal is to be disposed of.
