This appeal is directed against the order dated 16.02.2026 passed in A.B.P. No. 105/2026, arising out of Barhait P.S. Case No. 194/2025 by the learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected.
It has been alleged that the informant was taken by the appellant and one Charan Hansda to Delhi on the allurement of providing a job.
