The issue involved in the instant case is as to whether the marks obtained by the petitioner under the National Institute of Open School can be considered as betterment/improvement marks entitling consideration of the same for being appointed as an Assistant Teacher of L.P. School in terms of the Advertisement dated 11.02.2023 (Annexure - 3).
