GUWAHATI, India, April 3 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on March 2:
Mr. D. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has prayed for some time to produce the FSL Report.
Mr. K. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner has objected on the ground that several times has been taken by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for production of the FSL Report.
Considering entire aspect of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that to arrive at a decision for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, FSL Report is necessary in this case.
Therefore, list this matter again on 17.03.2026 awaiting FSL Report.
