GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER FOR NEKIBUDDIN AHMED ALIAS RUBUL AHMED V/S THE STATE OF ASSAM

GUWAHATI, India, July 8 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on June 9:

1. Heard Ms. J. Paul, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K. Baishya, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, who submits that though the Case Diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, charge sheet has been laid in this case bearing charge sheet No. 35 dated 30.04.2025.
