GUWAHATI, India, July 8 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on June 9:
1. Heard Mr. S. Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court on 20.02.225 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation.
3. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Hojai P.S. Case No. 31/2025 and submits that the case diary is updated only till 21st of April, 2025 and there is no endorsement in the case diary regarding the ...
