"Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas must be reflected in the everyday lives of persons with disabilities, through timely services, effective institutions, and collective effort," stated Dr. Virendra Kumar,Union Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment, while chairing the 8th Meeting of the Central Advisory Board (CAB) constituted under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016.
