Rahul Llowang (name changed), a 27-year-old man from the Scheduled Tribe community in Tirap district, Arunachal Pradesh, received treatment and rehabilitation support under the National Action Plan for Drug Demand Reduction (NAPDDR) at the District De-Addiction Centre (DDAC) run by Care Me Home Welfare Society at Charju, Khonsa.
Today, Rahul is self-employed and has become more financially independent, moving towards a more stable and productive life.
