Setting a high benchmark for operational efficiency and environmental stewardship, Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL), a premier subsidiary of Coal India Limited having coal mining operations in West Bengal and Jharkhand, has successfully wrapped up the preparatory phase of the nationwide Special Campaign 6.
With a resolute focus on institutionalizing Swachhata (cleanliness), minimising administrative pendency and modernising governance, ECL has finalised comprehensive targets across all its mining areas, workshops and headquarters.
