The Ministry of Labour & Employment, in collaboration with the Labour Department, Government of Maharashtra, organised a "Shram Samvad" - District-Level Capacity Building and Awareness Programme on Labour Codes at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) today. The programme was organised with the objective of creating greater awareness among employers and industry stakeholders regarding the four Labour Codes, which came into force with effect from 21 November 2025, and the Central Rules notified on 8 May 2026. The programme focused on key provisions of the new labour law framework, compliance requirements, and various social security initiatives of the Government.
