The Reserve Bank of India had issued Directions under Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 to Sadbhav Nagrik Sahakari Bank Maryadit, Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, vide Directive No. BPL.DOS. SED. No. S1638/ 12.07.054/2025-26 dated October 06, 2025, for a period of six months up to the close of business on April 07, 2026, which were last extended up to the close of business on July 07, 2026 vide DOR.RG/D-04/12.07.054/2026-2027 dated April 02, 2026.
