India, Oct. 30 -- The Government of India has issued a release:
Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare will be conducting the 5th Nation-wide Digital Life Certificate campaign in 2000 cities/ Districts across India from November 1-30, 2026. The department has notified the guidelines through O.M. dated 13th August, 2026. This is the biggest-ever DLC Campaign undertaken.
A Whole of Government approach will be adopted through coordination with Pension Disbursing Banks, India Post Payments Bank, Pensioners' Welfare Associations, CGDA, DoT, Railways, EPFO, State Governments, UIDAI & MeitY with the objective of reaching pensioners in the remotest corners of the country.
