CESSATION OF "COOPERATIEVE RABOBANK U.A." AS A BANKING COMPANY WITHIN THE MEANING OF SUB SECTION (2) OF SECTION 36 (A) OF THE BANKING REGULATION ACT, 1949

MUMBAI, India, July 27 -- Reserve Bank of India issued the following press release:

Cooperatieve Rabobank U.A. has ceased to be a banking company within the meaning of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 vide Notification DOR.LIC.No.S2620/23.03.027/2026-27 dated June 24, 2026 which is published in the Gazette of India (Part III - Section 4) dated July 02, 2026.
