The Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA), under the aegis of the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India, successfully organised its Fourth Regional Consultative Workshop for the Western Zone in Pune, Maharashtra today ( 03 September 2026). The workshop was organised in collaboration with the Government of Maharashtra and the State Adoption Resource Agency (SARA), Maharashtra, in Pune, Maharashtra.
