AMARAVATI, India, May 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 31:
1. The present contempt case is filed challenging the nonimplementation of the interim order dated 14.06.2019 in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.6864 of 2019.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the contempt case, the main writ petition itself was closed, and hence, no further orders are required in the contempt case. He further submits that the petitioner is no more.
3. In view of the same, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
