ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SRI VISHNU SEVASHRAMAM AND YOGASHRAMAM, PITHAPURAM ROAD V/S MR CHANDRA SEKHAR AZAD AND ANR.

AMARAVATI, India, April 3 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 2:

1. This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 26.09.2014 in I.A. No.1 of 2014 in W.P.No.21594 of 2008.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s).

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri R.Sri Charan, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that since the writ petition itself is dismissed as infructuous, the present contempt case cannot be enforced. Hence, requested to close the contempt case.

4. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
