ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON PASILA SRINIVASA RAO, HINDU V/S H Y DORA, CHAIRMAN AND MANAGING DIRECTOR AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, April 3 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 2:

1. The contempt case has been filed for non-compliance with the Order dated 29.12.2017 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2017 in W.P.No.45133 of 2017.

2. When the matter was taken up, Mr.B.S.Shivaji, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in view of subsequent events taken place in the lis, the cause in the Contempt Case does not survive for further adjudication.

3. Accordingly, recording the above submission, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
