ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON NUNE HARI BABU V/S SRI K RAMA CHANDRA MOHAN

AMARAVATI, India, May 18 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 16:

1. The instant contempt case is filed against the respondent for disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.4900 of 2025 dated 02.12.2025.

2. When the matter has been taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has placed before the Court a copy of the proceedings dated 10.04.2026, disposing of the representation filed by the petitioner, pursuant to the directions of this Court in W.P.No.4900 of 2025 dated 02.12.2025, an opportunity of hearing was also provided to the petitioner and the representation was disposed of.
