AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 25 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 23:
1. This Court, vide order dated 28.01.2025 in W.P.No.2164 of 2025, directed the respondents to take immediate steps to prevent letting out of water from the water tank i.e., Ramannapantacheruvu, Navabpeta Village.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner appeared through online and submitted that despite the directions issued by this Court to the respondents not to let out water, the respondents have not taken any steps to stop the leakage from Ramannapantacheruvu.
