AMARAVATI, India, May 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 31:
1. The contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for willful violation of the order dated 06.02.2019 of this Court passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P .No. 1189 of 2019.
2. No representation for both the parties.
3. A copy of final order dated 19.06.2024 in W.P. No. 1189 of 2019 was placed on record.
4. In view of the final disposal of the main writ petition, the present contempt case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
