ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON KONDAPALLI (KANDIPALLI) VENKATA LAKSHMI AND ORS V/S THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, April 17 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 16:

1. This contempt case is filed for non-implementation of the orders dated 21.09.2021 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.11015 of 2021.

2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3, on instructions, submitted that respondent Nos.2 and 3 have complied with the orders of this Court dated 21.09.2021 in Writ Petition No.11015 of 2021.

3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
