AMARAVATI, India, April 7 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 5:
1. The contempt case has been filed alleging wilful and deliberate disobedience of the interim orders 08.06.2017 passed in W.P.M.P. No.22407 of 2017 in W.P. No.18356 of 2017.
2. When the matter is called, there is no representation on either side.
3. On the perusal of copy of final order dated 21.07.2025 passed in W.P.No.18356 of 2017, placed by the Registry, it appears that the main writ petition itself was dismissed as infructuous, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. In view of the above position, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
