ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON JULAPALLI VENKATA YOGA VEENA AND ANR. V/S G SAI PRASAD I A S AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, May 24 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 23:

1. The present Contempt Case is filed for non-implementation of the Order of this Court dated 12.09.2022 in WP No.28150 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order of this Court dated 12.09.2022 in WP No.28150 of 2022 has been complied with and as such, the Contempt Case may be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
