AMARAVATI, India, March 24 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Feb. 20:

1. The above contempt case was filed complaining of the violation of the order dated 04.11.2024, passed in W.P.No.24852 of 2024.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3. The petitioner filed the aforementioned writ petition to declare the action of the respondents in not concluding the seven disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

4. The writ petition was disposed of on 04.11.2024. In para No.5 of the order, this Court observed as follows: "Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services on instructions would submit that the respondents will complete inquiry in terms of G.O.Ms.No.679 ...
