ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON E.V. DASAPPA V/S SRI DIVAKAR REDDY

AMARAVATI, India, June 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 30:

1. The above contempt case was filed complaining of violation of the order dated 11.03.2024 in W.P.No.34956 of 2014.

2. The petitioner filed the aforementioned writ petition to declare the action of respondent No.3 in not initiating any action vis-a-vis the construction of a Temple and community hall in the residential area, by respondent No.6 in the writ petition (hereinafter referred to as 'respondent No.6'), as illegal and arbitrary.
