AMARAVATI, India, April 3 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 2:
1. This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 07.10.2014 in I.A. No.3 of 2014 in W.P.No.30046 of 2014.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s).
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that since the writ petition itself is closed, the present contempt case cannot be enforced. Hence, requested to close the contempt case.
4. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
