AMARAVATI, India, March 24 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Feb. 20:
1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P. No. 18319 of 2011, dated 19.07.2024, has been complied with and also submits that the amounts are released and, as such, no further orders are necessary in this Contempt Case.
2. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to claim the payments due and payable. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
