ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON C. ESWARA REDDY AND CO AND ANR. V/S SRI M T KRISHNA BABU I A S AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, May 18 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 16:

1. The above contempt case was filed complaining of a violation of the order dated 08.07.2025 passed in w.p.No.13917 of 2024.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel on either side submitted that order dated 08.07.2025 has been complied with and no further adjudication is required in the contempt case.

3. Recording the submission, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
