AMARAVATI, India, March 2 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 30:
1. When the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the orders dated 21.01.2025 passed in W.P.No.22900 of 2002, alleging non-compliance, for which the contempt was filed, has been complied with.
2. Recording the above said submissions, the contempt case is closed.There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
