AMARAVATI, India, March 24 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Feb. 20:
1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5682 of 2008, dated 25.07.2024 has been complied with and as such no further orders are necessary in this Contempt Case.
2. It is submitted that proceedings dated 19.02.2026 have been issued in compliance with the order passed by this Court.
3. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
