AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 22 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 20:
1. These appeals have been filed by the appellants, aggrieved by the common judgment and decree dated 06.01.2003 passed in O.S. No. 143 of 1984 and O.S. No. 164 of 1984 by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Anakapalli. O.S.No.143 of 1984 i.e., the suit for rendition of accounts was dismissed. O.S.No.164 of 1984 i.e., the suit for recovery of amount filed by the plaintiff-Bank was decreed.
2. Sri M. Bala Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the appellants, appearing through virtual mode, submits that the sole appellant has died and that the appeals have abated and be dismissed as such.
