AMARAVATI, India, April 3 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 2:
1. The contempt case has been filed for non-compliance with the order dated 14.08.2015 passed in W.P.M.P.No.33401 of 2015 in W.P.No.25738 of 2015.
2. When the matter was taken up, Sri CH.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners, fairly submit that the main writ petition was disposed on 26.12.2018. In view of the disposal of the main writ petition, the petitioners are not inclined to pursue the present contempt proceedings against the respondents.
3. Accordingly, recording the above submission, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
