AMARAVATI, India, April 3 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 2:
1. The contempt case has been filed for non-compliance with the Order dated 08.06.2015 passed in W.P.No.15800 of 2015.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms. M.S.V.S.Sudha Rani, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his legal remedies in accordance with law.
3. Accordingly, recording the said submissions, the contempt case is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his legal remedies in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
