India, Sept. 15 -- Nepal, mired in graft and abuse of power, is on the boil. It has been plagued by political instability. It has had six constitutions since 1950. There have been 19 prime ministers since 2000. Since the new constitution came into force in 2015, nine prime ministers have been sworn in. The terms were divided among 12 individuals; Sher Bahadur Deuba of the Nepali Congress was in office on four occasions, and KP Sharma Oli of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist) (CPN-UML) on three occasions.
