New Delhi, Aug. 18 -- A Legacy of Christian Patriotism and Ethical Witness In 1915, at the All India Christian Conference in Allahabad, Madhusudan Das-a freedom fighter, lawyer, and devout Christian-delivered a landmark presidential address titled "Duty of an Indian Christian." More than a century later, Das' message continues to shine as a prophetic call to the Indian Church in a climate darkened by persecution, harassment, and vilification.
