India, Aug. 1 -- Manohar Lal, Union Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs, today visited the Bhalswa Dumpsite to review the ongoing legacy waste remediation work being carried out by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), underscoring the government's continued focus on accelerating the remediation and monitoring the progress of clearing legacy waste. The inspection was conducted in presence of the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), and senior officials of the Department of Urban Development, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA).
