India, April 23 -- On 22 April 2026, a national-level webinar was convened to mark Earth Day under the aegis of Eco Clubs for Mission LiFE. The session was chaired by Sanjay Kumar, Secretary, Department of School Education & Literacy (DoSEL), who highlighted the urgent need to maintain ecological balance while expressing concern over rising pollution levels, intensifying climate change, and the alarming loss of biodiversity.
