India, Aug. 23 -- Monash and Mahindra University, Hyderabad, have announced joint programs in Mechanical, Civil and Electrical Engineering which will allow students to graduate with bachelor degrees from each institution.

Students will commence their engineering degree at Mahindra University before transferring to Monash to complete the third and final year of the program. Mahindra University students can commence at Monash as early as July 2026.

Professor Adrian Neild, Deputy Dean Enterprise of the Faculty of Engineering at Monash University, said this announcement would benefit both universities, whilst also contributing to India's National Education Policy (NEP).
