New Delhi, Oct. 21 -- New Delhi, 21 October 2026: The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Association of ARCs in India to deepen industry linkages of the Post Graduate Insolvency Programme (PGIP).
The proposed collaboration is expected to strengthen the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical industry experience, preparing PGIP participants to respond more effectively to the complexities of insolvency resolution, corporate restructuring and financial distress management.
