India, Oct. 30 -- In a unique gesture of gratitude and respect for the Indian Navy's unwavering commitment to safeguarding the nation's maritime frontiers, Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL) a subsidiary of Coal India Limited under the Ministry of Coal, on Friday presented a specially crafted model of a warship to the 1 Bengal NCC Naval Unit, Group Headquarters NCC Kolkata 'C'. Made from discarded components of coal mining machinery, the model symbolises the shared spirit of service, dedication and nation-building that unites coal miners and naval personnel.
