India, Aug. 22 -- ALIGARH : Mr. Faraaz Ali, a student of M.Sc. Physics (2022-24) at the Department of Physics, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), has brought laurels to the University by securing All India Rank 9 in the prestigious Joint Entrance Screening Test (JEST-2025) in Physics.
With this outstanding achievement, he has qualified for research opportunities at three of the country's leading institutes, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai; Harish-Chandra Research Institute (HRI), Prayagraj; and the Institute of Physics (IOP), Bhubaneswar.
Faraaz Ali will soon begin advanced research in frontier areas of Physics, further strengthening AMU's tradition of excellence in higher education and scientific research.
