India, Oct. 22 -- The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has approved a $100 million concessional loan to support Uzbekistan in enhancing the quality of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education in secondary schools.

TheScience, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics in Secondary Education Projectaims to equip Uzbekistan's youth with modern, innovation-driven skills essential for sustainable and inclusive growth-enabling the country to achieve its goal of attaining upper middle-income status by 2030.
