India, Oct. 28 -- An Indian student has been arrested for allegedly stabbing two teens with a metal fork while on board a Lufthansa flight from Chicago, US, to Germany.
According to US Department of Justice released statement, the Indian national was identified as 28-year-old Praneeth Kumar Usiripalli.
"Usiripalli was arrested on Oct. 25, 2025 and will appear in federal court in Boston at a later date," the Department said.
According to the charging documents, on Oct. 25, 2025, while on board Lufthansa flight 431 en route from Chicago to Frankfurt, Germany, Usiripalli allegedly stabbed a 17-year-old male passenger (Minor A) in the shoulder area with a metal fork.
