India, May 10 -- A social media influencer has shared simple yet effective habits that helped her lose weight, stressing that long-term lifestyle changes work far better than quick-fix diets.
Srishti Krishnan shared her weight-loss journey on Instagram, revealing how she reduced her weight from 67 kg to 53 kg through realistic and sustainable changes.
