India, March 1 -- UAE's Ministry of Defence on Sunday confirmed that three people were killed and 58 others suffered minor injuries since Iran began retaliatory attacks in the country following the operation conducted
by Israel and the USA that led to the death of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
Confirming the casualties, the Ministry wrote on X: "A total of 541 Iranian drones were detected, of which 506 were intercepted and destroyed, while 35 fell within the country, causing material damage.
