India, Aug. 14 -- Thursday night at the Rachnatmak Congress National Convention in Delhi, Rahul Gandhi told the gathering he would show them what foreign policy meant to Narendra Modi. Then he ran across the stage and threw his arms around Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit in an exaggerated bear hug, milking it for the cameras.
