Tata stocks crash after Chandrasekaran exit shock: TCS falls nearly 5%
Mumbai/IBNS, Aug. 12 -- The share prices of Tata Consultancy Service (TCS) on Wednesday crashed over 4% after N Chandrasekaran's shock resignation as the Tata Sons chairman, media reports said.
The announcement triggered a negative reaction in the stock market, with investors closely watching the leadership transition at the Tata Group's holding company.
Shares of other major Tata Group companies also came under pressure following the announcement.
